- Integrated an external NASA scientific model into a production alerting pipeline in partnership with the RIMES team, delivering threshold-based early warnings. It is now the primary early warning system for the Cox's Bazar region.
- Automated scheduled processing of high-resolution numerical forecast data and derived-product generation, replacing manual runs with an unattended pipeline serving users across South Asia.
- Built Apache Airflow pipelines that turn forecast data from multiple weather models (ECMWF at 10 km and 25 km, BMD WRF at 9 km) into raster map products (GeoTIFF, PNG) and GeoJSON layers for the portal.

- Built the Django/DRF backend and a rule-based advisory engine, exposing a single shared REST API consumed by both the mobile and web clients.
- Now a primary daily tool for 1200+ government field officers nationwide, delivering advisories across every district.

- Architected and developed six frontend modules for a Government of Tamil Nadu emergency operations platform serving all 38 districts.
- Unified feeds from IMD, the Water Resources Department, IITM, and three numerical forecast models (ECMWF, IMDGFS, SACWRF) into one configurable operations dashboard spanning hazard warnings, reservoir status, heatwave and earthquake monitoring.
